В обще́ственном спорти́вном за́ле, в пла́не трениро́вки бы́ли свя́заны э́ти элеме́нты: «тренажёрный за́л», «бы́ть в фо́рме», «де́лать упражне́ния», «разогрева́ться», «растя́жка» и́ «де́лать зами́нку». Тре́нер расположи́ла перечи́сленные упражне́ния, снаряже́ние и́ зо́ны площа́дки, показа́ла движе́ние и́ раздели́ла трениро́вку на́ безопа́сные ра́унды. Кома́нда заверши́ла заня́тие.
Translation
At the community sports hall, the training plan connected these elements: “gym”, “to be in shape”, “to exercise”, “to warm up”, “stretching”, and “to cool down”. The coach arranged the listed exercises, equipment, and court areas, demonstrated the movement, and divided practice into safe rounds. The team completed the session.
