Terms of use

The content. The learning material is open to read for personal use. It may not be copied, sold or redistributed without written permission.

Who may use LangFlame. The service is for ages 13 and over. Some countries in the European Economic Area set that age at 16 — where local law sets a higher age, that age applies. Below it, a parent or guardian may open the account and learn alongside. We do not knowingly keep personal data from children under those ages; write to us and we will delete it.

Pro subscription. The subscription opens the practice tools, the audio, “words around the picture” and the personal vocabulary. You can cancel at any time — access is kept until the end of the period you paid for. Vouchers are valid for 12 months and cannot be exchanged for money.

Refunds. A first Pro subscription is refunded in full within 14 days of the purchase, for any reason — write to support@langflame.com and the payment goes back to the card it came from. After those 14 days, and on a renewal, the payment is not refunded; you can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you paid for. A voucher that has been redeemed is not refundable.

Fair use. An account is personal. Automated use, content scraping or account sharing may lead to a block.

Liability. LangFlame does its best to keep the content accurate, but it is not a substitute for professional advice. The service is provided as is.
