Вра́ч рассмотре́ла перечи́сленные ча́сти те́ла, симпто́мы и́ ме́тоды лече́ния, осмотре́ла пацие́нта и́ объясни́ла дома́шний ухо́д. Пацие́нт ушёл с я́сным пла́ном лече́ния.
Translation
At the neighborhood clinic, the case notes connected these elements: “toe nail”, “hip”, “buttocks”, “leg”, “thigh”, and “knee”. The doctor reviewed the listed body parts, symptoms, and treatments, examined the patient, and explained what to do at home. The patient left with a clear care plan.
