במרפאה השכונתית, הערות המקרה חיברו בין הפרטים האלה: ״ערכת עזרה ראשונה״, ״תחבושת״, ״פלסטר״, ״מדחום״, ״סירופ״ ו״כדורים״. הרופאה עברה על האיברים, התסמינים והטיפולים שברשימה, בדקה את המטופל והסבירה מה לעשות בבית. המטופל יצא עם תוכנית טיפול ברורה.
Translation
At the neighborhood clinic, the case notes connected these elements: “first aid kit”, “bandage”, “adhesive bandage”, “thermometer”, “syrup”, and “pills”. The doctor reviewed the listed body parts, symptoms, and treatments, examined the patient, and explained what to do at home. The patient left with a clear care plan.
